| Code of Conduct |
|
The Infinite has adopted a Code of Conduct for its Members, upon which Membership is conditioned. That Code reads as follows:
Membership in The Infinite or any of its affiliated supergroups, and the benefits of membership, are conditioned on observance and (behavioral) to the following Code of Conduct:
- Members shall comply with the City of Heroes End User Licensing Agreement (EULA) and with guidelines promulgated and enforced by Cryptic Software.
- Members shall treat Members and Non-Members with respect.
- Members and shall refrain from using abusive, inflammatory, or excessively coarse language on official supergroup channels (including in-game chat, teamspeak, or the message boards).
Any questions regarding the interpretation of this Code of Conduct should be raised with Supergroup Leadership.

| Supergroup Membership Responsibilities |
The current Membership Responsibilities, by Rank, are as follows:
- Member
- Requirements: To abide by the Charter and Code of Conduct.
- Duties: To honorably serve The Infinite.
- Explanation: All Members of The Infinite are expected to serve honorably by abiding by the Charter (and by incorporation, the EULA) and the Code of Conduct, both in text and in spirit.
- Knight
- Requirements: Must be an exclusive Member of The Infinite, and be promoted by The Infinite Leader.
- Duties: To loyally serve The Infinite.
- Explanation: Knights are the backbone of the super-group, providing experienced companionship for existing and prospective Members. Knights are provided with the power to recruit new Members that will fit the character of The Infinite. As a result, Knights must maintain exclusive Membership in The Infinite or one of its allied super-groups.
- Crusader
- Requirements: Appointment by The Infinite Leader.
- Duties: To fairly and wisely serve The Infinite, and other duties as delegated by The Infinite Leader.
- Explanation: Crusaders are Knights that have been promoted in recognition for significant contributions to The Infinite, or because The Infinite Leader has charged them with a duty to provide special services to the Super-group. Crusaders are also charged with mediating and adjudicating disputes involving Infinite Members, and are also given the power to remove Members as punishment or as necessary to protect The Infinite.
- Leader
- Requirements: Appointment by the Leader of the Raiders of the Lost Tavern.
- Duties: To selflessly serve The Infinite.
- Explanation: The Infinite Leader is responsible for the overall success of The Infinite and its allied Supergroups. They have the authority to recruit, promote, and appoint Members, Knights, and Crusaders to their posts, as well as delegate special duties and authorities. The Leader also has the exclusive power to demote and remove Members, Knights, and Crusaders. The Leader of The Infinite is accountable to the Leader of the Raiders of the Lost Tavern, who appoints he or she to the post, and who has the sole power to remove him or her.
